We engaged Dextra Corporate in 2023 for the sale of one of our subsidiaries as we were already familiar with the firm from another transaction they were involved in, where they demonstrated a great ability to execute a complex sale and purchase transaction. In the process of selling our subsidiary, they demonstrated great negotiation and process management skills which were key to successfully closing the sale and keeping the heat on between the various potential buyers. During the first half of 2012, Dextra accompanied us in the restructuring process of the company. The scope of the collaboration included the analysis and diagnosis of the company's financial situation, the strategic planning of the operations to be refinanced, the preparation of the financial plan and the support and advice during the negotiations with the financial institutions.
