Experience: Co-founder of Dextra in 2012. Previously, he developed his professional career in Corporate Finance and Investment Management at Deloitte Corporate Finance (formerly Arthur Andersen) and Andosins Capital, a Family Office with direct investments in companies of different types. He has participated and continues to participate as an Advisor in companies from different sectors. Additionally, Stephan is the co-founder and Executive Partner of the management company Navis Capital Desarrollo SGEIC.
Iker Zabalza

Education: B.A. in Business Administration and Diploma in Business Studies at the Public University of Navarra, and specialized in International Business at Eckerd College (Florida, USA).
Experience: Co-founder of Dextra in 2012 with more than 20 years of experience in M&A. Previously, he developed his professional career in Corporate Finance at Deloitte Corporate Finance (formerly Arthur Andersen) and Canaliza (Grupo Caja Navarra - Caixabank). Iker has advised management boards, shareholders, family businesses, multinationals and Private Equity funds. Additionally, Iker is the co-founder and Executive Partner of the management company Navis Capital Desarrollo SGEIC.
Manuel Pedrosa

Education: B.A. in Business Administration at URL (IQS) and St. Joseph's University (PA, USA). Master in Financial Management and Audit at UPF-BSM, MBA at IE (Instituto de Empresa)
Experience: Manuel joined Dextra in 2022. Previously, he developed his professional career in Audit at PwC for more than 3 years, and then worked for 2 years as a Senior Consultant in Corporate Finance at Nexia International and 6 years at Naturgy, performing management functions in different departments such as M&A, Business Strategy or Business Intelligence.
Javier Pigrau

Experience: Javier joined Dextra in 2021. Previously, he developed his professional career in Audit at EY for 4 years, working as a Senior Auditor. He had the opportunity to work and learn in various sectors and industries.

Experience: Jordi joined Dextra in 2023. He previously developed his professional career in Audit at PwC, working as a Junior Auditor. He had the opportunity to work and learn in various sectors and industries.

Experience: With experience in the fields of Accounting and Tax Administration, as well as in M&A advisory projects. Elena has worked for companies in different sectors, such as Medical Equipment, Business Process Outsourcing, Real Estate and Interior Design Companies.
