CFA Worldwide is one of the largest global networks of independent M&A boutiques. Independence is key: each member is a firm specialised in M&A in its local market, with no conflicts of interest arising from banking, audit or consulting services that could compromise conflict-free advice.

Dextra joined CFA Worldwide in 2021 and has since been the exclusive representative for Spain. When we run a sale process, we do not contact international buyers through intermediaries: we do it directly, member to member, with the credibility of belonging to the same network.

In sell-side processes, the network allows us to identify and directly contact international strategic buyers: European industrial groups, PE funds and North American corporates. Local-language contact that takes cultural nuances into account adds differential value when initiating a conversation.
Yes. In buy-side mandates, the network gives us access to European and international deal flow not available in the local market: companies for sale in Germany, France, Italy or Portugal that fit the buyer's growth strategy. Network members actively share deal flow with each other.
