Manuel is passionate about transactions that change the trajectory of a company — not so much for the numbers, though he commands them as few do, but for what lies behind them: an entrepreneur, a family, a management team making a decision that will shape their future.

With over 15 years of experience across Corporate Finance, M&A, Private Equity and audit, he brings an integral view of the full transaction cycle. He joined Dextra in 2022 and since 2025 has served as M&A Director, leading sell-side and buy-side execution and acting as the primary point of contact for clients, Private Equity funds, Family Offices and industrial investors. He has advised on landmark transactions including the build-up of Grupo Palex Medical, the acquisition of Revo by Cegid, and the sale of EOS to Cold Chain Capital.

Before joining Dextra, he spent over three years at PwC as an auditor in the financial and insurance sector, two years as Senior Consultant in Financial Advisory at Nexia, and over five years at Naturgy through the Executive Rotational Program, where he rotated across key strategic areas — M&A Corporate Development, commercial strategy, Customer Intelligence and management control — leading international projects and collaborations with firms such as McKinsey.

His education spans both sides of the Atlantic: a degree from IQS (URL) and Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, a Master’s in Financial Management and Accounting from UPF–BSM — where he sits on the Alumni Advisory Council — and an International MBA from IE Business School.

His roots reflect a multicultural heritage he carries naturally: a father born in Brazil of a Spanish grandfather and Italian family, and a Barcelonan mother with Paraguayan roots. That cultural diversity has given him a particular sensitivity to understanding different contexts and connecting with people from very different backgrounds — something he values deeply in work where every client is a world of their own.

Outside the office, he alternates ski seasons in winter with the calm of sailing along the coves of the Balearic Islands in summer. He is passionate about motor sports — especially off-road motorcycling — and maintains year-round routines of tennis and padel. But if he had to choose just one thing, it would be family time, ideally with the sea or mountains as a backdrop.
